SIGNATORIES/SERVICE. Each undersigned representative of Debtors and the Associate Attorney General for the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the United States Department of Justice certifies that he or she is authorized to enter into the terms and conditions of this Settlement Agreement and to execute and bind legally such Party to this document. The Parties recognize that Debtors’ authority to enter into and implement this Settlement Agreement is subject to approval of the Court.
