Signatory Capacity Sample Clauses

The Signatory Capacity clause defines the authority and role of the individual signing the agreement on behalf of a party. It typically requires the signatory to confirm that they have the legal power to bind the entity they represent, such as signing as a company director or authorized agent. This clause ensures that the agreement is valid and enforceable by verifying that the person executing the contract has the proper authorization, thereby preventing disputes over the legitimacy of the signature.
