Signatory Clause Sample Clauses

A Signatory Clause identifies the individuals or entities who are formally agreeing to the terms of a contract or legal document. It typically appears at the end of the agreement, requiring each party to provide their name, title, and signature, thereby confirming their consent and authority to bind the party they represent. This clause ensures that the agreement is legally enforceable by clearly documenting who is responsible for upholding its terms, thereby preventing disputes over authorization or validity of the signatures.
