Common use of Signature and Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Signature and Enforceability. Each party shall adopt as its signature an electronic identification consisting of symbols or codes (User ID) that shall be affixed to or contained in each document. Each party will maintain security procedures to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of its User ID.
