SIGNATURE AUTHORITIES. The Bank may rely upon the Account Application or any signature card or other resolution or designation of authorized signatories delivered by the Client in respect of an account, until the Client has delivered to the Bank an appropriately executed resolu tion or other written document revoking or modifying the authorizations contained therein and the Bank has had a reasonable time to act thereon.
