Execution by Facsimile Execution and delivery of this Agreement by facsimile transmission (including the delivery of documents in Adobe PDF format) shall constitute execution and delivery of this Agreement for all purposes, with the same force and effect as execution and delivery of an original manually signed copy hereof.
SIGNATURE CLAUSE The signatories hereto represent that they have been appropriately authorized to enter into this Amendment No. 2 to the Contract on behalf of the Party for whom they sign. This Amendment No. 2 is hereby executed as of this 20th day of December, 1989.

Counterparts; Signatures by Facsimile This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party. This Agreement, once executed by a party, may be delivered to the other party hereto by facsimile transmission of a copy of this Agreement bearing the signature of the party so delivering this Agreement.
