Signature by the. Unit Member shall not indicate acceptance of the conclusions of the evaluator, but shall only indicate the Unit Member has received a copy of the evaluation form. Comments on or disagreements with the evaluation may be submitted by the Unit Member as the Unit Member feels necessary. Such comments will be attached to the evaluation and will become a permanent part of the Unit Member's personnel file.
