SIGNATURE CARDS. Refers to documents in which THE CUSTOMER also declares under oath that he has read, accepts and adheres each and every one of the terms and conditions of the GENERAL CONDITIONS and SPECIAL CONDITIONS of The BANKING SERVICES offered by THE BANK, contained in this BANKING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AGREEMENT. The signature valid for THE BANK shall be the one appearing in the SIGNATURE CARDS.

SIGNATURE CARDS. Acorn shall prepare new signature cards for each --------------- bank, depository, savings, brokerage or similar account, of Acorn, effective as of the Closing.

SIGNATURE CARDS. Phoenix will deliver to PFPC original signature cards (or legible copies thereof) for each of the accounts.

SIGNATURE CARDS. When opening an Account with the Bank, each signatory to the Account must sign a Bank signature card that may be provided to as part of your account opening materials. If more than one (1) person is a signatory on an Account, each of you must complete the signature card identifying the owner and Authorised Signatories on the account.

SIGNATURE CARDS. New signature cards shall have been --------------- executed with respect to all bank accounts and safe deposit boxes of MRL with signatories as specified by PPD.

SIGNATURE CARDS. All Account owners are required to complete a Signature Card when opening an Account. Depending on how you open your Account, you may complete a Signature Card on our website or you may complete a paper Signature Card that we will mail to you and that you will need to mail back to us. If you do not complete a Signature Card and return it to us within a specified period of time, in our sole discretion, we may elect to close your Account.

SIGNATURE CARDS. Sellers shall execute and deliver all signature cards and other documentation, and cooperate with Buyer to effect all changes in the Bank Accounts as reasonably requested by Buyer.

SIGNATURE CARDS. The Lender shall have received signature cards, as executed on behalf of the Borrower in form satisfactory to the Lender provided to the Borrower by the Lender on a date reasonably in advance of the date of this Agreement.

SIGNATURE CARDS. The Lockbox Processor is authorized to honor, without inquiry or investigation, all checks, drafts or other orders for payment of money drawn in the Collateral Trustee's name on the Lockbox Account when signed by any of the individuals whose specimen signatures appear on the Signature Card dated _______ __, 199_ (the "Signature Card"). For purposes of this Section 3.4, items drawn by an authorized signer may be conclusively deemed by the Lockbox Processor to be signed in the name of the Collateral Trustee whether or not such signature is accompanied by language indicating that the drawing is made in a representative capacity. Authorized signers to the Lockbox Account may be added or deleted by written instructions sent to the Lockbox Processor and executed by any vice president of the Company, with the written consent of the Collateral Trustee. If a new authorized signer is added to the Lockbox Account a new signature card containing the specimen signature of any new signer shall be submitted to the Lockbox Processor by the Company, with the written consent of the Collateral Trustee, along with the written instructions requesting changes to the authorized signers on the Lockbox Account. Submission of the Signature Card to the Lockbox Processor shall operate to revoke all previous signature cards relating to the Lockbox Account unless otherwise noted.
