Signature/Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, and both of which, taken together, shall constitute one agreement binding on both Parties. A facsimile signature or electronic signature (or e-signature) shall have the force and effect of an original signature, and in the absence of an original signature, shall constitute the original signature.
