Common use of Signature of Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Signature of Guarantor. If the signature of one or more guarantor is required, this Agreement shall not be valid, and occupancy and possession of the Property will be granted unless and until any guarantor(s) have signed the Agreement. Guarantor shall be jointly and severally liable for all rent, fees, and charges arising under this Agreement jointly and severally together with Tenant.
