Common use of Signature of Returns Clause in Contracts

Signature of Returns. At the written direction of the Depositor, the Depositor or the Administrator, pursuant to the Administration Agreement, will sign on behalf of the Trust any Periodic Filings of the Trust or other documents relating to the Trust prepared by, or on behalf of, the Depositor.
