Common use of Signature of Returns Clause in Contracts

Signature of Returns. The Administrator shall sign on behalf of the Trust the tax returns and other Periodic Filings of the Trust, unless applicable law requires an Owner to sign such documents, in which case, so long as the Depositor is an Owner and applicable law allows the Depositor to sign any such document, the Depositor shall sign such document. At any time that the Depositor is not an Owner, or is otherwise not allowed by law to sign any such document, then the Owner required by law to sign such document shall sign.
