Significant Curtailment. If coverage is “significantly curtailed” (as defined below), Participants may elect coverage under another Benefit Package Option that provides similar coverage. In addition, if the coverage curtailment results in a “Loss of Coverage” (as defined below), then Participants may drop coverage if no similar coverage is offered by the Employer. The Plan Administrator in its sole discretion and on a uniform and consistent basis will decide whether a curtailment is “significant” and whether a Loss of Coverage has occurred consistent with prevailing IRS guidance.
