Significant Customers. Set forth on Schedule 4.12 is a true and correct list of the LLC's ten largest customers for the most recent eleven (11) month and two (2) week period ended 8 14 December 14, 1997, together with the amount of services attributable to such customers expressed in dollars and as a percentage of total sales and services. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.12, none of the customers identified on Schedule 4.12 has terminated, reduced, or threatened to terminate or reduce, its request for services of the LLC during the period covered by such schedule or prior to the Closing Date.

Significant Customers. Set forth on Schedule 4.12 2.12 is a true and correct list of the LLCCorporation's ten largest customers for the most recent eleven (11) year ended December 31, 1996 and the eight-month and two (2) week period ended 8 14 December 14ending August 31, 1997, together with the amount of services attributable to such customers expressed in dollars and as a percentage of total sales and services. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.122.12, since the Balance Sheet Date none of the customers identified on Schedule 4.12 2.12 has terminated, reduced, or threatened (in writing to the Corporation) to terminate or reduce, its request for services of the LLC Corporation during the period covered by such schedule or prior to the Closing Date.

Except as set forth referenced on Schedule 4.12, none of the customers identified on Schedule 4.12 has terminated, reduced, or threatened to terminate or reduce, its request for services of the LLC Corporation during the period covered by such schedule or prior to the Closing Date.
