Simulated Conditions Sample Clauses

The Simulated Conditions clause defines how certain contractual obligations or performance standards are to be assessed under artificial or controlled scenarios rather than real-world conditions. In practice, this might involve testing products, services, or systems in a laboratory, using models, or under specific test parameters to evaluate compliance or functionality. This clause is essential for ensuring that parties have a clear, objective basis for measuring performance or quality, especially when real-world testing is impractical, costly, or unsafe.
