Simultaneous completion of Sections. If the Developer anticipates that practical completion of both Sections will occur simultaneously, the Developer shall be entitled to instruct the Construction Manager to conduct one inspection in respect of such Sections and the provisions of clauses 11.1,11.2 and 11.3 shall apply accordingly.
