Simultaneous Purchases. Each Purchaser's obligation to purchase its agreed upon amount of the Senior Subordinated Notes, the Warrants and the Shares, as the case may be, is hereby expressly conditioned upon the other Purchasers simultaneously purchasing their agreed upon amount of the Senior Subordinated Notes, the Warrants and the Shares, as the case may be.
