Single Line Diagrams. The Parties will provide each other with the single-line diagrams of the relevant Connection(s). The Parties will inform each other about any modifications to these single-line diagrams. These single- line diagrams will serve as a basis for more specific diagrams. Single Line Diagrams. The single line diagrams shall accurately depict the physical electrical connections (i.e. quantity, type, and size of conductors, quantity, size, and type of conduit) between all electrical equipment used in the system.   • Local Circuit Switching Capability, including Tandem Switching Capability 4.2.1 Local circuit switching capability is defined as all line-side and trunk-side facilities, plus the features, functions, and capabilities of the switch. The features, functions, and capabilities of the switch shall include the basic switching function of connecting lines to lines, lines to trunks, trunks to lines, and trunks to trunks.   • System Availability Although we will try to provide continuous access to the Service, we cannot and do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time and will not be liable in the event Service is unavailable. Actual service or network performance is dependent on a variety of factors outside of our control. If you notify us within twenty-four (24) hours and we confirm an outage consisting of a period of two (2) hours in any calendar month, and not due to any service, act, or omission of you, a third party, your applications, equipment or facilities, or reasons outside of our control, you shall be eligible for a service credit. A service credit shall be computed as a pro-rated charge for one day of the regular monthly fees for the Service in the next monthly statement. Intermittent service outages for periods of less than two (2) hours are not considered service outages. Outages caused by routine scheduled maintenance are also not considered an outage. You shall receive advance notice no less than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of our scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance will be performed between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. CST.

  • Follow-up Testing An employee shall submit to unscheduled follow-up drug and/or alcohol testing if, within the previous 24-month period, the employee voluntarily disclosed drug or alcohol problems, entered into or completed a rehabilitation program for drug or alcohol abuse, failed or refused a preappointment drug test, or was disciplined for violating the provisions of this Agreement and Employer work rules. The Employer may require an employee who is subject to follow-up testing to submit to no more than six unscheduled drug or alcohol tests within any 12 month period.
