Single/Panel Redundant-Level 2 Power Failure. In the event any Single/Panel Redundant-Level 2 Power Failure occurs on any particular day (a “Single/Panel Redundant-Level 2 Power Failure Day”), then, (A) with respect to each Panel Redundant Circuit (if any) that is the subject of the Single/Panel Redundant-Level 2 Power Failure, Customer’s pro rata Monthly License Fees for the affected Individual Space for that particular calendar week in which the Single/Panel Redundant-Level 2 Power Failure occurs shall be partially abated by the Weekly Circuit Abatement Amount, and (B) with respect to each Single Circuit (if any) that is the subject of the Single/Panel Redundant-Level 2 Power Failure, Customer’s pro rata Monthly License Fees for the affected Individual Space for that particular calendar week in which the Single/Panel Redundant-Level 2 Power Failure occurs shall be partially abated by the Single Circuit Weekly Abatement Amount (as defined below).
