Common use of Single Points of Contact Clause in Contracts

Single Points of Contact. The Parties each shall appoint a Single Point of Contact to whom all queries relating to the particular information sharing should be directed in the first instance. The Parties shall monitor and review on an ongoing basis the sharing and wider processing of Relevant Information to ensure compliance with Data Protection Legislation and Best Practice. Specific monitoring requirements must be set out in the relevant Data Sharing Agreement and/or Data Processing Agreement.
