Single Pooled Well Only. This Agreement is entered into solely for the purpose of drilling, producing and conducting Operations with respect to the Pooled Well and for no other purpose whatsoever. This Agreement does not apply to any other ▇▇▇▇▇ located on the Pooled Lands, whether drilled before, after or simultaneously with the Pooled Well.
