Common use of Single Source Selection Clause in Contracts

Single Source Selection. Services under Parts A and C of the Project, may, with the Bank's prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.8 through 3.11 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Single Source Selection. Services for detailed engineering designs under Parts Part A and C of the Project, Project may, with the Bank's prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.8 through 3.11 of the Consultant Guidelines.
