SINGLE STREAM RECYCLING PROGRAM. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ State University has partnered with its waste management provider to establish a campus in the Single Stream-Recycling Program (“SSR”). This program is designed to promote responsible resource management and to reduce waste costs. Single stream recycling allows participants in designated buildings to co-mingle all recyclables into single containers for collection, processing, and remarketing.
