Common use of Single Tenant Floor Clause in Contracts

Single Tenant Floor. Throughout any period of time during the Term that the Premises comprise or include an entire floor(s) of a Building, Tenant may, at Tenant’s sole expense, install identification signs (including its logo) in the elevator lobby(ies) of such entire floor(s) comprising the Premises, subject to the following requirements: (i) all signs must be in keeping with the quality, design, and style of the Building as reasonably approved by Landlord (except that Landlord’s approval will not be required in the case of a Building which is exclusively occupied by Tenant); and (ii) no such sign may be visible from the exterior of the Building.
