Singular and Plural Forms. Singular terms shall include the plural forms and vice versa, as applicable, of the terms defined. Unless otherwise specified, all meanings attributed to defined terms herein shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the terms so defined. All references to a defined term that includes more than one written instrument, document, agreement or thing means and includes each document, agreement or thing encompassed within the defined term.
