Common use of Site Allowance Clause in Contracts

Site Allowance. A site allowance (Flat Allowance) in accordance with the table below shall be paid to each Employee on the Project bound by this Agreement in recognition of all the disabilities associated with work to be performed in and around an operating gas plant and on construction activities in the North West of Western Australia including but not limited to heat, height, dust, dirty work, confined space, extremes of terrain and all special rates and provisions which would otherwise have applied. On commencement of this Agreement : $5.50 for each hour worked From the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after 1 September 2009: $5.75 for each hour worked
