Common use of Site Clean Up Clause in Contracts

Site Clean Up. i. At the end of each workday, and at the conclusion of planting at each site, the Proposer shall clean all pavement surfaces on both public and private property. Proposer shall remove surplus material, including excess subsoil, unsuitable soil, rocks, weeds, trash, and debris. All materials shall be disposed of off-site in a proper manner. Proposer is responsible for any associated labor and disposal fees.
