Common use of Site Host Load Clause in Contracts

Site Host Load. The Site Host Load is expected to equal, on average, [ ] kW. The amount of electric energy to be used to serve the Site Host Load is expected to equal, on average, [ ] kWh per Term Year, which amount may change from time to time; provided, however, that Seller shall provide Notice to Buyer at least 30 days, or as soon as otherwise is practicable, before any such change that Seller reasonably anticipates will be greater than 4,380,000 kWh, on an annual basis; and provided further, that the As-Available Contract Capacity shall never exceed 5 MW.
