Common use of Site Inductions Clause in Contracts

Site Inductions. (a) in the event the Client requires an employee or sub-contractor of ADCO to undertake a site induction during working hours, the Client will be liable to pay the hourly charges for that period. If any induction is needed to be undertaken prior to the commencement date then the Client shall be liable to pay ADCO’s standard (and/or overtime, if applicable) hourly labour rate; or (b) where ADCO is in control of the site, the Client and/or the Clients third party contractors must initially carry out ADCO’s Health & Safety induction course before access to the site will be granted. Inspection of the site during the course of the Works will be by appointment only and unless otherwise agreed, in such an event the Client and/or third party acting on behalf of the Client must at all times be accompanied by ▇▇▇▇.
