Site Layout. (a) No more than 50% of the area between a building on the site (where that building is within 15m of the front boundary) and the front boundary of the site shall be used for car parking and/or vehicle manoeuvring. Rear sites are excluded from this requirement. (b) No plant or machinery (including air-conditioning units) relating to the activity shall be placed within any building setback.
