Site Restoration Clause Samples
The Site Restoration clause requires a party, typically a contractor or tenant, to return a site to its original or agreed-upon condition after completing work or upon vacating the premises. This may involve removing equipment, repairing any damage, and cleaning up debris to ensure the site is left in a satisfactory state. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the property owner is not left with additional costs or liabilities for restoring the site, thereby protecting the value and usability of the property.
