Common use of Site Survey and Reports Clause in Contracts

Site Survey and Reports. The Owner shall provide for the furnishing for the site of the Project all surveys, describing the physical characteristics, soil reports, and subsurface investigations, legal limitations, utility locations, and a legal description. Approvals and Easements - The Owner shall pay for necessary approvals, easements and assessments required for the construction, use or occupancy of permanent structures or for permanent changes in existing facilities. Legal Services - The Owner shall furnish such legal services as may be necessary for providing the items set forth in paragraph 3.5 and such auditing services as the Owner may require.
