Common use of Size and Frequency of Service Clause in Contracts

Size and Frequency of Service. This service shall be provided as deemed 10 necessary and as determined between the CONTRACTOR and the Service Recipient, but such 11 service shall be received no less than one (1) time per week with no exception for holiday(s) as 12 set forth herein, except that Collection Service scheduled to fall on a holiday may be 13 rescheduled as determined between the Service Recipient and the CONTRACTOR as long as 14 the minimum frequency requirement is met. Service may be provided by cart or bin at the option 15 of the Service Recipient. The size of the container and the frequency (above the minimum) of 16 Collection shall be determined between the Service Recipient and the CONTRACTOR.
