Common use of Size and Frequency of Service Clause in Contracts

Size and Frequency of Service. The Contractor shall provide this service as deemed necessary and as determined between the Contractor and the customer, but such service shall be received no less than every other week. Collection service scheduled to fall on a holiday may be rescheduled as determined between the customer and the Contractor as long as the minimum frequency requirement is met. Service may be provided by bin, cart or drop box at the option of the customer. The size of the container and the frequency (above the minimum) of collection shall be determined between the customer and the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide containers as part of the Commercial service rates.
