Common use of Skills and Experience Clause in Contracts

Skills and Experience. At least 3 years experience installing the following works for commercial or industrial projects: • Copper and poly pipe water services Rough-in • Copper and galv. steel rolled groove pipes for water, fire and gas services at high level using equal to Unistrut fixing system • Copper, UPVC and HDPE sanitary plumbing (stack-work) • Copper, Blue Brute, Cast Iron, Poly and MDPE pipes for water, fire and gas services in the ground • UPVC and HDPE pipes and SMH and pits for sewer service in the ground • UPVC, RCP and FRC pipes and pits for stormwater system in the ground • Connect plumbing fixtures to water and drainage including testing and commissioning Strong knowledge of: • The Plumbing, Drainage and Gas regulations stated in AS 3500 and AG 601. • OH&S and environmental regulations. • The Hydraulic, Civil and Architectural drawing symbols and specification writing structure.
