Common use of Skyward Property Clause in Contracts

Skyward Property. Licensee and Host each acknowledge and agree that the Skyward Products, including but not limited to, the specific design and structure of individual programs, input formats, object code and source code, algorithms, frameworks, all constitute trade secrets, confidential and proprietary information, and copyrighted material of Skyward. Licensee and Host further acknowledge and agree that this Agreement does not affect any transfer of title in the Skyward Products and that the Skyward Products shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Skyward or Skyward’s licensor.
