Sleeper Cab Operations. Should an Employer, party to this Agreement, determine to estab- lish a sleeper cab operation, during the term of this Agreement and within the jurisdiction of this Agreement, the Employer shall notify the Joint Council 40 Joint Negotiating Committee in order to estab- lish terms and conditions for such operation.
