Common use of SLEEPING CAPACITY Clause in Contracts

SLEEPING CAPACITY. DISTURBANCES - Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: HOLD HARMLESS - iTrip Orlando/Delta Palms, LLC or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does iTrip Orlando/Delta Palms, LLC nor Owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in the supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity, internet, or plumbing, as well as issues due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. POOL, PATIO & BATHROOMS - Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved may include a community pool and/or private pool with the unit, and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool and or private unit pool, patio/deck, and bathrooms can be dangerous areas, MAINTENANCE - Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to iTrip Orlando/Delta Palms, LLC and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for loss of use due to maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, pool heating, appliances, televisions, DVD, game consoles, and stereos. If it is determined that a maintenance call-out is a false report or due to an issue caused by a guest, the guest may be charged a trip fee. Costs incurred to clear drain lines, sewer lines and garbage disposals of blockages caused by the Tenant will be charged to the Tenant. Damage fines will be assessed for tampering with pool equipment. LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES - The Owner furnishes linens and towels. Any missing, damaged or stained linens will be deducted from your security deposit or you will be charged for those items. An initial starter pack of paper goods, shampoo, soap and trash bags are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need or purchase them during your stay.

With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant’s guests in or related to the use of the pool and deck areas. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made a minimum of 90 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund of 90% of the rental rate. We offer CSA Travel Insurance ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ to protect you from risks associated with trip cancellation, trip interruption or Travel Delay. Travel Insurance has been added to this agreement. If you do not wish to purchase travel insurance, please sign below and deduct this travel insurance plan cost from your initial deposit due: I do NOT want Travel Insurance and Understand the risks associated with this decision: CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. (Central time) and every effort will be made to have the premises to iTrip Orlando/Delta Palms, LLC and we will respond as quickly as possible.
