Small Business Service. Subject to the terms and limitations in this Agreement and payment of applicable service charges, taxes and fees, purchase of certain Valley Fiber Equipment including Small Business Service which includes the capability to make calls with Canada and the United States using he Equipment subject to acceptable small business usage limitations (see the Small Business Service Acceptable Use Policy). Any and all reference on Valley Fiber packaging, in sponsored advertising, on Valley Fiber’s website, in third party marketing materials and/or in any other context or location that refer to the provision “unlimited” service shall be narrowly construed as providing the customer with the ability to make calls with Canada and the United States, and are subject to acceptable small business usage limitations and subject to the terms and limitations of this Agreement including those pertaining to Service Charges, Billing and Payment set forth in Section 11 of this Agreement. These calls will be routed using the internet Protocol over your High-Speed Internet connection. Small Business Service customers may also access Valley Fiber Meetings, which enables Hosts to schedule and start meting and allow Participants to join such meetings. You agree that you are solely responsible for the Content you transmit, display or upload using Valley Fiber Meetings and for compliance with all laws pertaining to the Content, including but not limited to, laws require you to obtain the consent of a third party to use the Content and to provide appropriate notices of third- party rights. You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload the Content to Valley Fiber Meetings and that such use does not violate or infringe on any rights of any third party. Under no circumstances will Valley Fiber be liable in any way for any (a) Content that is transmitted or viewed which using the Valley Fiber Meetings, (b) errors or omissions in the Content, or (c) any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of, access to, or denial of access to Content or Valley Fiber Meetings. Although we are not responsible for any Content, we may delete any Content at our sole discretion, at any time without notice. You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in Content which you submit, post, or display on or through, Valley Fiber Meetings. Any and all references on Pin2Talk packaging, in sponsored advertising, on the Pin2Talk website, in third party marketing materials and/or in any other context or location that refer to the provision “unlimited” service shall be narrowly construed as providing the customer with the ability to make calls within the United States and Canada, and are subject to acceptable small business usage limitations and subject to the terms and limitations of this Agreement including those pertaining to Service Charges, Billing and Payment set forth in Section 11 of this agreement.   • Verizon OSS Services 8.2.1 Upon request by PNG, Verizon shall provide to PNG Verizon OSS Services. Such Verizon OSS Services will be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. 8.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services that will be offered by Verizon, shall be as determined by Verizon. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right to change Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of PNG. 8.2.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, in providing Verizon OSS Services to PNG, Verizon will comply with Verizon’s applicable OSS Change Management Guidelines, as such Guidelines are modified from time-to-time, including, but not limited to, the provisions of the Guidelines related to furnishing notice of changes in Verizon OSS Services. Verizon’s OSS Change Management Guidelines will be set out on a Verizon website.

  • Data Access Services State Street agrees to make available to the Fund the Data Access Services subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and such data access operating standards and procedures as may be issued by State Street from time to time. The Fund shall be able to access the System to (i) originate electronic instructions to State Street in order to (a) effect the transfer or movement of cash or securities held under custody by State Street or (b) transmit accounting or other information (the transactions described in (i)(a) and (i)(b) above are referred to herein as “Client Originated Electronic Financial Instructions”), and (ii) access data for the purpose of reporting and analysis, which shall all be deemed to be Data Access Services for purposes of this Addendum.
