SMOKING RESTRICTIONS. Per Government Code 7597, Smoking shall not be allowed inside any building, or within 20 feet of any entrance or operable window of any building. Lessee, its employees, invitees, or patrons shall compensate and reimburse State the cost of damage and destruction of any such fire caused by Lessee, its employees, invitees, contractors, or patrons, including State’s out-of-pocket expenses for same.
