Software and Patent Rights. If this Contract involves federal funds: 10.3.1. All software ownership rights shall be consistent with 45 CFR § 95.617, if applicable, and with all other applicable federal law; and 10.3.2. All patent rights under this Contract shall be as set forth in the clause contained in 37 C.F.R. § 401.14, and consistent with all other applicable federal law.
