SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. In this ISLA, the following definitions apply:

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE. ARCHIBUS software is not sold. There is absolutely no transfer of ownership of any Software Product of any kind. Rather, ARCHIBUS, Inc.
