Software Upgrades. Swisslog shall make available to Customer’s, who are Current with their account, annual Software Upgrades, to the latest Software version as made available by Swisslog throughout the term of this Agreement. In order to obtain such Software Upgrade it shall be the responsibility of the Customer to initiate a request once notified of the release.
