Common use of Soil Report Clause in Contracts

Soil Report. The Lender shall have received a soil engineer’s report, satisfactory to the Lender in its sole discretion, evidencing ability of the ground to support planned improvements, compaction, concrete and other tests as the Lender or the Construction Consultant may require from time to time, each in form and substance and from testing companies acceptable to the Lender; and
