Sole Benefit of Parties. This Agreement is solely for the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, and no other Person shall have any right, benefit or interest under or because of the existence of this Agreement; provided, however, that each Released Party is an express third party beneficiary hereof.
