Common use of Sole Consideration Clause in Contracts

Sole Consideration. Except as specifically provided in Section 3, the Consultant and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be entitled to no compensation or benefits from the Company or its affiliates with respect to the Services and shall not be credited with any service, age, or other credit for purposes of eligibility, vesting, or benefit accrual under any employee benefit plan of the Company or its affiliates.

Sole Consideration. Except as specifically provided in Section Sections 3, 4, and 8(e), the Consultant and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be entitled to no compensation or benefits from the Company or its affiliates with respect to the Services and shall not be credited with any service, age, or other credit for purposes of eligibility, vesting, or benefit accrual under any employee benefit plan of the Company or its affiliates.
