Sole Discretion of Parent Clause Samples

In practice, this means that the parent company can approve, reject, or modify actions or requests without needing to consult or obtain consent from other parties, such as subsidiaries or affiliates. This clause is typically used to centralize control and ensure that the parent company retains ultimate decision-making power, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over who has the final say in key business decisions.
