Common use of Sole Inventions Clause in Contracts

Sole Inventions. Subject to Section 11.1(c), each Party shall exclusively own all inventions, improvements, discoveries or new uses conceived solely by such Party, its employees, agents and consultants made in the course of Developing a Product hereunder (“Sole Inventions”). Sole Inventions conceived solely by Acura, its employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as “Acura Sole Inventions”. Sole Inventions conceived solely by King, its employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as “King Sole Inventions.”

Sole Inventions. Subject to Section 11.1(c)2.1, each Party shall exclusively own all inventions, improvements, discoveries or new uses inventions conceived solely by such Party, its employees, agents and consultants made in the course of Developing a Development of the Licensed Product hereunder (the “Sole Inventions”). The Company shall exclusively own Sole Inventions conceived solely by Acurathe Company, its employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as (the “Acura Company Sole Inventions”). The Licensor shall exclusively own Sole Inventions conceived solely by KingLicensor, its employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as (the “King Licensor Sole Inventions”).”

Sole Inventions. Subject to Section 11.1(c)7.1.3, each Party shall exclusively own all inventions, improvements, discoveries or new uses inventions conceived solely by such Party, its employees, agents and consultants made during the Term without the use in any material respect of any Technology owned by the course of Developing a Product hereunder other Party (“Sole Inventions”). Sole Inventions conceived solely by AcuraNexMed, its employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as “Acura NexMed Sole Inventions”. Sole Inventions conceived solely by KingWarner, its employees, agents and consultants are referred to herein as “King Warner Sole Inventions.”
