Sole purpose of the Concessionaire. The Concessionaire has been set up as Special Purpose Vehicle for the sole purpose of implementing the Project. Except with the previous written consent of FBR, the Special Purpose Vehicle shall not, be or become directly or indirectly engaged, concerned or interested in any business other than as envisaged herein.
