Common use of Solicitation Expenses Clause in Contracts

Solicitation Expenses. The County accepts no responsibility for any expenses incurred by the offeror in the solicitation preparation and submittal, as well as any other requirements as may be specified in the solicitation. All such expenses are borne solely by the offeror. Before submitting their proposal, the Bidder shall familiarize themselves with the nature and extent of the work and any local conditions that may in any manner affect the work to be done and the equipment, materials, and labor required. Bidder shall also examine all drawings, specifications, addenda, and other Contract Documents to be thoroughly informed regarding any and all conditions and requirements that may in any manner affect the work to be performed under the contract.
